Two townhouse development offering completely different architectural outcomes.

The development site was acquired in very poor condition and governed with strict heritage controls. It featured a large rectangular yard that was the opportunity to develop a separate contemporary townhouse.

This approach enabled the design to cater to differing buyer tastes and a therefore a wider section of the market. To date the project has won several industry awards, including the Housing Industry Association award for best townhouse/villa development up to $700,000 per dwelling as well as best bathroom and kitchen in its category. These awards reinforce our design ethos of delivering projects that are value conscious, team work derived and quality driven.
