This project transformed a classic 1980s Merchant Builders home into something more suited to the present day owners.
The original floor plan was perfectly designed for solar gain and orientation and could not be improved. The internal wet areas and the relationship to the garden were where we focussed.
Working with our preferred landscape Architect, Mark Browning from Cycas Landscape Design, we married internal and external spaces after removing the rear pool.
Project managed by Michael Ellis Architects, this house was delivered on time and on budget.
